Cross-cultural leadership and communication

Career coaching
“If I could go back in time….” There is no such thing as “it’s too late.”
Whether you are looking for a major career change, a new job, or a promotion, these individual or small group sessions will work with you to identify your true passions and skills, and design an action plan to make your “ideal” job or situation a reality. Sessions are customized to address issues such as the “Imposter Syndrome,” perceived failures, and societal and cultural perceptions that impact your ability to be at your most effective. Our tools will help you identify your story and your personal brand.
Our personalized tools will help you to identify your passion and prepare you for what you really want to do, while negotiating cultural and social perceptions and expectations. We offer single sessions that are specific to your needs, as well as:
- Take Five!: (five sessions) develop your personal brand and career/life action plan through identifying passions, assessing strengths/opportunities, and calculating risk
- Director’s Take: (ten sessions) a deeper process that results in a more robust personal brand and career/life action plan, including those topics covered in Take Five! as well as understanding the Imposter Syndrome, discovering core values, identifying your personal fable, recognizing external perceptions, and embracing fear, failure, and change
Graduate school admissions
Are you applying to graduate or professional school? The essay is an essential part of your application and your chance to stand out. It is common for someone with an incredible resume and background to be unable to convey their accomplishments effectively with a compelling story.
We do not write your essay for you – we believe in the integrity of the admissions process.
